When care is right, people feel safer, families feel reassured, and individuals gain greater confidence, choice, and independence. That’s the difference Proritas Healthcare Professionals exists to make.
Established in 2019, Proritas is a CQC-registered health and social care provider delivering domiciliary care, live-in care, supported living and specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, dementia, physical and sensory disabilities, and complex care requirements.
Every service begins with the person, not the diagnosis. We take time to understand their needs, risks, routines, preferences and ambitions, then build a clear support plan around what matters most to them. The result is care that does more than meet daily needs, it helps people stay safe, build essential life skills, participate in their communities and exercise greater control over their lives.
Our teams work closely with families, social workers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to ensure support is coordinated, accountable and responsive as needs change. Behind every package of care is strong governance, safe practice and a skilled workforce committed to delivering consistent, respectful support.
At Proritas, we do not simply provide care. We create the stability, confidence and opportunity people need to live fuller, more independent lives.
We help people live safely, confidently and with greater independence. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that gives every individual dignity, choice and control over their life. We work in partnership with the people we support, their families and professionals to provide flexible care shaped around each person’s needs, culture, abilities, preferences and ambitions. The result is support that does more than meet immediate needs, it builds confidence, protects wellbeing and helps people achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Our vision is to become one of the United Kingdom’s most trusted providers of care, supported living and specialist support. We want every person who relies on us, and every family, professional and commissioner who works with us, to feel confident that they are receiving safe, reliable and accountable support. We aim to create environments where people feel respected, valued and empowered to live fuller, more independent lives. As we grow, we plan to establish high-quality children’s homes and supported accommodation for young people aged 16 and 17. These services will provide the stability, guidance and practical skills young people need to build resilience, prepare for adulthood and move towards independence with confidence.
The right support can transform daily life; bringing safety, stability, confidence and greater independence. That is what we deliver at Proritas.

Proscovia founded Proritas Healthcare in 2019, driven by 10+ years of experience in the health and social care sector and a deep conviction that care should never feel transactional.
Having seen first-hand how the right carer can transform not just a client’s life but their whole family’s, She built Proritas around a simple standard: if it isn’t good enough for my own mother, it isn’t good enough for our clients.Today, she leads a growing team of care professionals who share that same standard and still personally ensures the company stays true to its founding values.
Real words from the families and organisations we support.
I was lucky to meet the director of PH. She arranged a carer immediately and has been a lifeline for my mother and myself. I needed a company that I could trust with my mum's needs, which have not been without surprises. The carers Petrinah and Aliziki have worked extremely hard for my mum. Petrinah learned her needs very quickly, and Aliziki stayed with my mum all night in the hospital when she had to go to A&E. It was telling that my mum preferred Petrinah over me to help her walk! The director, Proscovia was super responsive and understanding when we needed to modify schedules. It is hard to see a parent lose her independence, but the carers have given us hope.
Their are 2 ladies caring for my mother providing 24hr care support. They way they take care of my mother shows they're highly trained and poses carer skills such empathy, compassion, kindness, patience, perseverance, knowledge especially in handling my mums medication. My mum surfers from dementia and has constant mood changes but they adjust and make her comfortable and adjust to fit in with her world make her feel good. Also we're are many children. I see the professional handling of each of my siblings and at the same time keeping my mother's safety at top of centre and as result safeguarding my mother at all times. They go above and beyond even during their own time. They're now considered as part of the family and mum seems to be more comfortable and wants them around when we take her out. Mum likes to look good they always make sure she's immaculately dressed. It's really a blessing to have these two ladies, and to see mum is happy.
