About the role

The role of the Marketing Manager is to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels, working as part of a cross-functional team to strengthen the organisation’s brand, grow audience engagement, and increase market presence. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategic campaigns, overseeing execution, and monitoring performance to ensure business goals are met.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in line with organisational objectives
  • Manage digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct data analysis, and generate regular reports
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver creative assets and content
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and PR activities
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand audience needs
  • Oversee production of marketing materials and ensure timely delivery
  • Set marketing budgets and track expenditure effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar
  • Identify and mitigate risks in campaign execution
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy as needed

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and social media
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
